Horses Saved by Equine Rescue of Aiken We were race horses, show horses, event horses, trail horses, draft horses, polo ponies, saddlebreds, barrel racers, broodmares, foals and ‘backyard pets.’ When we were no longer useful, we were abused, abandoned, neglected, unwanted, unloved. Many of us were destined for slaughter. Now we have food, water and veterinary care. We live on a beautiful 80 acre farm in board fenced paddocks with shelters. We are safe and well cared for at Haven Hills Farm. We are waiting for you to adopt us into ‘Forever Homes.’ Our places will be filled by other horses in need.
